Called them to make an appointment and specifically told the person on the phone I needed an alternator, I was charged an hour labor for them to tell me I needed an alternator plus an hour labor to install it.

Traveling in my 28’ motor home and noticed a bad rattle from my left back wheel, 500 km from home, and almost at closing time, and last minute, I had no appointment, I pulled into Napa in Cornwall Ontario. Even though they were very busy, Alan took the time checking my tire and the torque on my wheels to ensure they were safe. He was able solve the problem and I felt safe to continue on my journey. I cannot emphasize how much I appreciated that he was to help me on such short notice. Highly recommend this place for service.

I wish I could give this place an infinite stars. My girlfriend and I popped a tire on the 416, Joey was able to help us get a tire replaced and on the road after everything was closed at 12AM. Joey was there for us! Exceptional service, he is an extremely amazing mechanic, and cares deeply about people.
