We have used cornwall tire a few times now for emergency roadside repairs on our trailers & strongly recommend their services. Fast, Prompt & professional!

Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this garage based on what happened with my vehicle. The work was not done properly, and I had to take my vehicle to the dealer afterward to have it inspected and repaired correctly. A part was also damaged during the original work and had to be replaced. I was also refused an inspection when I asked the garage to look at the vehicle afterward. The dealer subsequently identified repairs that now need to be completed, with the cost estimated at approximately $3,500. What concerns me most is the potential safety issue. This work involved the wheels, and after what happened, I was extremely concerned about driving the vehicle on the highway before having it properly inspected. This experience cost me additional time and a significant amount of money to correct. I strongly recommend getting a second opinion or having your vehicle independently inspected if you have any concerns about work performed here. Based on my experience, I will not be returning to this garage.

I was referred to Cornwall tire by a family member he said it was the only place in Cornwall to go for tires. How right was he! I had to return home a 500KM trip but while putting air in my tire I noticed there was a bump on the sidewall. I of course could not drive 500km with probably the inner structure compromised. I called Cornwall Tire explained the situation to Patrick (awesome service). He called back at 8:30 AM had a suggestion as to what can be done, I agreed he ordered a new tire called me when it arrived and within 35 minutes new tire installed and safely on my way. Rude! Husband and I had an emergency. He walked in, all 3 mechanics standing there. Wouldn’t great him, finally asked if he had an appointment and then said they could take it Wednesday. He asked for a quick look and they refused! People make me sick

We’re sorry you feel that way, but we would like to clarify what happened. Your husband arrived at our shop without an appointment. We are a busy repair facility and normally book our technicians approximately a week in advance. Contrary to the impression given in this review, our technicians were not standing around with nothing to do. They were working on previously scheduled vehicles and had other customers’ vehicles to take care of. The request was to “just take a quick look” because the check-engine light was on. A check-engine light requires a qualified technician to properly diagnose the vehicle and determine the cause. We do not believe in simply guessing at a problem or giving a customer an inaccurate answer just to get them out the door. We offered to schedule the vehicle for Wednesday, which was only two days later. We also understood from your husband that the vehicle was still driving fine, so based on the information provided to us, this did not appear to be an emergency requiring immediate service. We understand that it can be frustrating when you need something looked at right away, but we have to balance walk-in requests with the appointments already booked and make sure every vehicle receives the proper attention from a qualified technician. We always try to treat our customers respectfully and provide honest and professional service.

Called them to make an appointment and specifically told the person on the phone I needed an alternator, I was charged an hour labor for them to tell me I needed an alternator plus an hour labor to install it.

Traveling in my 28’ motor home and noticed a bad rattle from my left back wheel, 500 km from home, and almost at closing time, and last minute, I had no appointment, I pulled into Napa in Cornwall Ontario. Even though they were very busy, Alan took the time checking my tire and the torque on my wheels to ensure they were safe. He was able solve the problem and I felt safe to continue on my journey. I cannot emphasize how much I appreciated that he was to help me on such short notice. Highly recommend this place for service.
